March Discussion Units On Goleta and Carpinteria Issues

In response to the acute shortage of rental housing on the South Coast, close to 1000 units of rental housing are planned or are being constructed in Goleta. Concerns about impacts on traffic, water and greenhouse gas emissions will be discussed as well as potential reduction in commuting from Ventura and North County. Similar issues for Carpinteria will be the focus of the Carpinteria Unit.
